30-Day Hassle Free Return Policy and 2-year free repair warranty
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund, replace, or exchange any item within 30 days of its purchase through our simple, hassle-free return process. Simply follow the return instructions enclosed in your package.
    We also have a two-year free repair warranty. We will replace or repair any defect in a product purchased from us at no charge. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No restocking fees.

Shipping and Delivery
  • You will receive the merchandise packed in elegant gift boxes in about 5 to 10 days from the time we receive your order. To secure both us and our customers from potential fraud, we need the valid billing address of the credit card before we can process the order. All shipping is via either Insured UPS or USPS. All prices are for standard size items. We do ship to many International locations, but not to all. We reserve the right to refuse international orders based on amount and location. International S&H is either through US Postal Service International Mail or UPS and the customer will be responsible for local customs and taxes.

MultiPay Payment Plan
  • MultiPay payment plan is designed to help our customers with an easy monthly no charge and no interest payment plan. This payment plan is only available on credit card orders. You will receive the merchandise after the very first payment. Shipping charges and potential sales tax will be added to your first payment. JewelryWeb will periodically offer the MultiPay payment option on selected items. For example a $300 item with MultiPay plan of three payments, will help you pay for the item with three easy monthly payments of $100 while you will be enjoying the item after the first payment.
    If you are taking advantage of a discount coupon or participating in a third party rebate, points or incentive program, please note that only your first payment of a MultiPay purchase will qualify for such programs.

New York State Sales Tax
  • As a New York State based Corporation, JewelryWeb.com, Inc. is required to charge sales tax on all orders shipping to New York State addresses. Please specify your local NYS sales tax rate by clicking on the "New York deliveries please read this tax info" link in the shopping cart.
    To comply with NYS law, we reserve the right to charge sales tax on all shipments delivered to NYS addresses.

Approximate Ship Day
  • For your convenience each item in our catalog has an associated approximate ship day value. Depending on your geographical location and the shipping method used you will receive your order within several days after it has been shipped. That is the overall delivery days will be the sum of our Approximate Ship Days plus the number of days in transit. Please note that there are many factors that contribute to the actual ship date which could be shorter or longer than our approximate ship day value provided. Some of these factors include your special requests and our current resource and inventory availability. Our goal is to make sure that you have a pleasant shopping experience with us and we believe that our approximate ship days value helps us get closer to this goal.

Payments by Check/Money order
  • Please follow the following instructions for payments by check:

    1) Complete the order form while using your browser.
    2) Print the completed order form using your browser's File->Print option.
    3) Prepare your check/Money Order for the total charges amount in US dollars payable to JewelryWeb.com
